  • Plasmanet is specializing in software based communication solutions for call center services . They have announced that they would be conducting research in order to find out what challenges of internal communication contact centers had to face while working in contact centers . In this research , the company will survey contact center managers and directors who can disclose all ins and outs of internal staff communication .

    All participants will be asked about who is responsible for introducing the internal communications strategy and the channels that present data information like Internet, email and interactive wall boards, as well as paper memos . What kind of data is shared and the potential influence of home-based call center agents. I think now many big companies have not started new survey based on BPO sectors so they can create a better working place for agents those are working in call center field and take out the best result from outsourcing services .
